The Ondévit® Nederland Foundation is a non-profit organization. Its statutes were deposited in 1989 by Barend Ferdinand van Woelderen.

The foundation is currently chaired by Claude Onillon.

Its goal is to manage the development of the Ondévit method by organizing conferences, trainings, etc.

The foundation is also responsible, to the extent of its means, to protect the interests of users of the Ondévit® method.

Its income consists of donations, training and the sale of Ondévit products.

The foundation is an organization under Dutch law.

Its finances are regularly controlled by a chartered accountant and the Ministry of Finance.

Its staff is made up of permanent and volunteers who benefit from legal compensation.
