Delivery is usually provided by an authorized carrier. The shipping costs are calculated automatically and appear at the time of the order according to your country of delivery.
Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. In case of absence of the Customer at the time of delivery, the ordered products will be delivered to the Post Office on which depends the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Except special case or temporary unavailability of one or more articles, the ordered items are delivered in one go.
The Foundation undertakes to make the deliveries of the ordered products as soon as possible. In the case of delivery outside of the European Community, delivery times vary according to the weight of the order and the distance from the country of destination. The delays, if any, are purely indicative.
. Returns and exchanges of products
If, upon delivery, the product (i) does not match the order, (ii) has defects, or (iii) is damaged, the Customer may submit a refund or exchange request within 7 business days to counting from the day after the day of delivery, provided the product is in its original packaging and the reasons for return are clearly indicated.
The product and the request for exchange or refund must be sent, at the expense of the Customer, together with a photocopy of the invoice to the following address:

Products opened, damaged or soiled by the Customer are never refunded or exchanged.
Any amount already paid by the Customer will be returned to the Customer's account no later than 7 working days after receipt by the Foundation of the returned products.
In case of abusive returns, the Foundation reserves the right to refuse any subsequent order.
. Ownership and risk transfer
Products delivered to the Customer remain the property of the Foundation until the actual payment of the full price.
The risks of damage, loss or theft are assumed by the Foundation until the delivery of the goods to the Customer. From this moment, the risks are incumbent on the Customer.
The Customer has the right to notify the Foundation that he renounces his purchase without penalty and without giving reasons within a maximum period of 7 working days from the day after the day of their delivery.
The products must then be returned at the expense of the Customer in their original packaging, unopened and not soiled or damaged by the Customer within 7 working days from the day after the day of delivery to the following address:

Any amount already paid by the Customer will be returned (except in cases of force majeure) to his account within 7 working days of receipt by the Foundation of the returned products.
